Art and forced displacement
To mark World Refugee Day, Switzerland for UNHCR is co-organising an event with the International Museum of the Reformation as part of the exhibition "Déflagrations": Art and forced displacement.

To mark World Refugee Day, Switzerland for UNHCR is co-organising an event with the Musée international de la Réforme on Wednesday 28 June 2023 as part of the "Déflagrations" exhibition at the Musée international de la Réforme, Cour St-Pierre 10, Geneva, with the support of the Republic and State of Geneva. 
 
We are pleased to invite you to this special evening with various speakers on the theme of art as a vehicle for awareness-raising, reparation and inclusion in the context of forced displacement. During the evening, you will also have the opportunity to take a guided tour of the venue and the exhibition.

Programme:

Visit to "Déflagrations" at 5.00 pm, discussion between Cristina Davies and Mariana Paquin at 6.00 pm followed by a presentation by Alvaro Cosi on the theme of inclusivity and the participatory project "Inside Out" by the artist JR. This will be followed by guided tours by the exhibition curator and an aperitif.
